Privacy notes
Kept plain, updated when things change.
We keep this short on purpose. TOAST is a game-night PC club, and we only ask for what we need to hold your seat and say hello. Here's what we collect, why, and how long it sticks around.
What we hold
Cookies
This site keeps things simple. We don't run advertising trackers or third-party analytics pixels, and we don't sell a thing about you. Your browser may store the basics needed to load the page and remember whether you've dismissed a message — nothing that follows you around the wider web. If we ever add measurement, we'll name it here first.
Who sees it
Your details stay with the people running the club. We don't pass them to advertisers or list-brokers. We'd only ever share information if the law clearly required it, and we'd tell you where we could.
How long we keep it
Bookings are cleared out once the season they belong to has passed and we've no reason to keep them. Notes emails stay until you unsubscribe. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we're required to hold a record for a short while longer.
Your say
Want to see what we hold, fix a typo in your name, or be forgotten entirely? Reach out through the same email you booked with and we'll sort it. No forms in triplicate — just ask.
Looking for the house rules instead? Read the Terms & house rules, or head back to the club.
