Terms & house rules
The small print, in the club's own voice.
These are the rules that keep a game night warm for everyone at the table. Book a seat and you're agreeing to them — they're short, and none of them are a surprise.
Booking
Hours
We open in the afternoon and run late — into the small hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Last call for the counter bell is fifteen minutes before close, and stations power down on the hour so the next night starts clean. Posted hours can shift for a private evening; we'll say so ahead of time.
At the table
Bring a friend, teach a beginner, cheer a good round. If you'd rather keep it quiet, the nook seats in the corners are yours. Everyone here plays for points and time on the clock, and that's the whole game.
Equipment
Treat the gear like it's your own. Food stays away from the keyboards, drinks stay on their coasters, and anything that breaks by accident just needs a word at the counter — honest mistakes happen. Deliberate damage is charged at cost. Your own keyboard or mouse is welcome in the spare port; please take it home when you leave.
The toast
The counter bell and the lemonade toast are a bit of fun, offered one per guest per evening. It's a celebration, plain and simple — no money, no prizes, no stakes of any kind change hands. We celebrate victories with lemonade because that's the spirit of the place.
